Call me Edward Scissorhand. New Job?

I am referring to the movie, but possibly it’s before your time.

My son in law, a painter and handyman, has so many tools and recently I spotted a pair of big electric scissors used for “shaving” hedges and shrubberies.

As I am fanatic for gadgets I just HAD to borrow it!

Wow! You should have seen me go! And the end result was not so bad if I say so myself.

Dripping in sweat, tired, back sore and my bin full I decided to stop and do another one another day.

Mind you, it looks really good. Wait until I finish the other 7!

I always believe in maintenance. House and garden. If you do a little now and then, it will save you from having to do a huge job down the track. ‘Less is more’, really holds true in this case.

Funny thing. I stopped for a break once in a while because I had to recharge not only the Ryobi battery but my batteries too.

What maintenance jobs have you got left on your list?

After my terrific job!
