Get a taste of the Brazilian Festivities at this years Festa Junina!

The Brazilian June Festival “Festa Junina” is one of the most traditional celebrations of the Brazilian culture.

This festivity was introduced in Brazil by the Portuguese people during the colonial period to celebrate saints Anthony,  John the Baptist and Peter, with lots of traditional foods, drinks and a theatrical dance inherited from the French called quadrilha (a type of square dance).

It will have a variety of activities for kids and adults alike, including a live band playing the traditional “Forro”.
