Last weekend I sold one of my properties I had listed for sale at a premium price and with a quick settlement which makes my sellers so happy!
We had an astronomical number of enquiries on the property that was on the market with no price. Some buyers have difficulty in dealing with properties on the market without a price. It is a strategy of sale that I like to use.
Buyers in today’s market are very astute to recognise at which price level the property sits. They have done their research and inspected a lot properties to know what they would be prepared to pay for a determined property.
The buyers that don’t embrace this concept miss out in what could have been their “dream home”.
I had 3 good, serious buyers who made offers but I felt so sorry I don’t have any more homes to sell to the other 2 who missed out.
Oh well this is the market we are in at present, so now I am really short of listings and have buyers coming out my ears and I am receiving at least 12 emails daily enquiring on properties that may be coming to market within a price bracket of $500,000 – $1,200,000.
