House Sold - Sorrento WA

This is your chance to live in a most popular leafy old Sorrento street. Enjoy the short distance walks to beach, swimming, reef pools, cafe strips and vibrant popular Hillarys Marina, parks and reserves.

It is an enjoyable life around here with great, caring and friendly neighbours 3 x 1 level 712m2 block with rear lane access.

The proud owners of this investment property are sad to part with it as memories of the past lives in that little cosy home. Now is time to look at new horizons so this home has to go so they can make their dream come true.

It is an original well-built 3 bedrooms, original kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

As you enter the home there is a good size sunken lounge with a step up to the dining room with Jarrah inbuilt bench and cupboards. The kitchen has an attached meals area.

Main bedroom has a WIR and access to a courtyard with shade from the trees leading to the rear yard and both minor bedrooms have BIRs .

One sizeable carport with fabulous storage on the side. Great for bike parking a an old pergola, a shed and a gate leading to the lane way completes the scenario.

Don’t miss the opportunity to view ASAP

There is a future proposed development potential to turn into a R25 zoning that is already on the WA Commission to be approved which I am not sure when it will be done.

You must call for a private viewing. Not on the net for another 3 weeks.

This is your chance to be the first to view and buy!

Five Happy Kids from Sorrento Primary SchoolParents have been relying in learning institutions to provide quality education to their kids and it does not exclude you. What your kids will learn will prepare and equip them for the near future so that they can be up to the challenges that they would encounter in the real world. This is the reason why it is of paramount importance that there are schools in a suburb. Sorrento takes pride in giving shelter to a number of schools which guides the students not just with their academic growth but with holistic development as well. Below are the learning institutions that the suburb prides in.
Sorrento is a coastal suburb in northern Perth. It is governed by the City if Joondalup. It was believed that the first White people settlement in the area arrived around late 1920s. Theories have it that the name of the suburb was taken after the coastal town in Italy which bears the same name. Before the White people came, the area was inhabited by Whadjuk Aboriginal people. The suburb was still then called Mooro. The first European to live in Sorrento was Patrick Marmion and managed a whaling station which some of the remains are still visible and being preserved. The primary shopping destination of the residents is Seacrest Village Shopping Centre. It gives shelter to shops who put on the market their products. Sorrento locals rely on this centre for their essential conveniences. There are other malls in the neighbouring suburbs that the people can also go to if they would not be able to find an item they are looking for. For instance, there is Westfield Whitford City Mall which is situated in the suburb of Hillarys which is just next to Sorrento. Other large shopping centres that are in close proximity to the area are Greenwood Village Shopping Centre, Centro Warwick and Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City in City of Joondalup. Read More

How much do you think you could “realistically” rent this property for

    • David,
I know that 64 Clontarf is rented for $495 pw and is a bit renovated. 66 Clontarf could be similar. The owners were going to renovate a bit, so that will all depend the renovation and a bit of rental demand. At present rentals are not the best.
